GrowLuma Growth Promise Policy (52 Weekly Photos Required)
1–365 Days From Receipt
Returns within 1–365 days of receiving your laser cap are not allowed.
No exceptions.
365–395 Days From Receipt
We stand behind the effectiveness of the GrowLuma Laser Cap and see real results from our customers every day. Because hair regrowth depends on consistent long-term use, you must complete the full 365-day program before requesting a return.
If you do not experience visible hair growth after 12 months of consistent use, you may request a refund between 365–395 days after receiving your cap.
Refunds are typically subject to a 25% convenience fee.
Fee Waiver Option (Weekly Progress Photos)
We are proud to offer an option to waive the 25% fee if you provide 52 weekly progress photos taken throughout your full year of use.
These photos are extremely valuable to our research and product development team and help us continue improving our technology and protocols.
To qualify:

You must submit 52 clear, date-stamped photos (one per week)

All 52 photos must be included with your return request

Without complete weekly photo documentation, returns are not eligible

The product must have been registered within 45 days of receipt
How to Begin a Return Request
To begin a return, please email us at:
between 365–395 days after receiving your laser cap.
Include:

Serial number

Your complete set of 52 weekly progress photos
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA#).
The complete laser cap package must be returned within 10 days of receiving your RA#.
Important Eligibility Rules

Refunds cannot be issued for partial use

Only one person per household is eligible

If you have previously returned a product under this policy, you are not eligible for additional returns

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
