Shipping

Most GrowLuma orders ship via USPS or FedEx within 2–3 business days. In many cases, we ship the same day your order is placed.

Please note: We are currently experiencing slightly longer processing times for certain models (up to 7–10 business days) due to high demand.


Delivery

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–3 days, depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

International Orders – Customs, Duties & Shipping Notice

International shipments may require additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that must be paid in your country. These charges are part of the import process and are not fees charged by GrowLuma.

When placing an order outside the United States, please be aware:

  • The international shipping cost shown at checkout does not include local taxes, VAT, or customs duties.

  • Any local taxes, VAT, or duty fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

If a package is refused by the customer, GrowLuma reserves the right to deduct all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or taxes from the refund.

By placing an international order, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for all local taxes, VAT, and duty charges upon delivery.


Currency Notice

All purchases are charged in United States dollars (USD). Your credit card provider may apply a small currency conversion fee.
