The following terms and conditions govern your use of www.growluma.com (the “Site”), the purchase of products from the Site and subscription services related to the Site. The operator of this website is GrowLuma (“GrowLuma,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). By using the Site or purchasing products from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site.

1. Who We Are and What We Do.
The Site offers the GrowLuma Laser Cap as well as related products and accessories.
2. Access to the Site.
This Agreement grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Site for your own personal use. You may not sub-license your rights to a third party, and this license does not extend to any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Site nor any use of data mining or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by GrowLuma.
Although it is not required to access the Site, you will be given the option to create an account on the Site for your convenience. To purchase products from the Site or create an account on the Site, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
From time to time the Site may be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including, without limitation: equipment malfunctions, maintenance, repairs, or causes beyond the control of GrowLuma.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
You must use the laser cap device for the FULL 12 months (365 days) to be eligible for the Growth Promise. Results depend on long-term consistent use, therefore refunds are only available after full completion of the 12-month program.
To qualify, you must:

Register your product within the first 45 days

Only one person per household is eligible

Customer is responsible for return shipping
Any disputed charges will result in ineligibility for the Growth Promise.
Your 365 days begin the day you receive your laser cap.

4. Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
The laser cap is covered by a 2-year product warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
GrowLuma covers the cost of parts and replacement for any problems occurring within the first 2 years from the date received.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged, altered, or used in a manner other than as directed.
We will replace one (1) battery, cord & charger free of charge within the warranty period.

5. Limited Warranty / Disclaimer of Liability
Although GrowLuma may provide product descriptions, we do not guarantee usability or functionality except in accordance with the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
The GrowLuma Laser Cap contains a rechargeable battery. Even when used properly, rechargeable devices may pose a fire hazard. Do not use longer than instructed and do not use while sleeping or inattentive.
The Site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GROWLUMA OR ANY EMPLOYEE, SUPPLIER, OR AFFILIATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THIS SITE OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT.
6. Third Party Payment Processing
The Site utilizes third-party vendors for processing payments. You are subject to their terms of use. GrowLuma is not liable for actions taken by payment processors.
7. Eligibility and Responsibility of Account
When creating an account or purchasing products, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
8. Modification of Terms / Website Changes
We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Copyrights, Trademarks and Intellectual Property
All materials on the Site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without written permission from GrowLuma.

The Site may contain content supplied by third parties. GrowLuma is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of such content.
